These SMS Terms of Service govern your use of WET Hydration’s text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

1. Opt-In Requirements

By subscribing to our SMS program, you authorize WET Hydration to send recurring marketing and transactional messages to your mobile number using automated technology. Standard message and data rates may apply.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You can expect between 1 to 4 messages per week for promotional campaigns and additional transactional messages based on your account activity.

3. Unsubscribe Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from us.

4. Costs

Messages are subject to standard messaging and data rates from your wireless provider. These charges are your responsibility.

5. Quiet Hours and Delivery

Messages will be sent only during appropriate hours and in accordance with relevant telecommunications guidelines. WET Hydration is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by mobile carriers.

6. Liability

WET Hydration will not be liable for any delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. We make no guarantees regarding the availability or performance of our SMS program.

7. Terms Updates

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
