Refund policy

Before making any decisions, please ensure you made room in the fridge, and your WET Hydration order is thoroughly chilled. It’s best enjoyed cold! If you’re still not impressed by our “wellness water", we offer a 30-day refund policy. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

To initiate a refund, contact us at team@wethydration.com. Our team will assist you with the process. Refunds are available only for your first try of a new flavor and are limited to one case per person. This policy applies exclusively to online orders. Unsure where to begin? Please let us know what you didn’t like about your order so we can provide suggestions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If your item(s) is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s), contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
